With a background in Sport and Exercise Science and health and wellbeing in the workplace, I draw on my passion for healthy living to assist my clients in achieving their health goals through realistic and sustainable lifestyle changes.

My approach is personalised, recognising that there's no one-size-fits-all solution. Together, we'll create a tailored plan to enhance your energy levels and overall wellbeing.

Having worked in workplace health, safety, and wellbeing in London for over 15 years, I observed the impact of modern lifestyles on stress and burnout, inspiring me to delve into mental health aspects. It prompted me to deepen my knowledge in nutrition and self-care, leading me to retrain and gain my certification as an integrated health and nutrition coach.

Now based in Lincolnshire, I focus on prevention and advocate for simple, sustainable changes to improve overall health and reduce the risk of chronic health issues.

My goal is to empower my clients to understand the impact their choices can have on their health and wellbeing, transforming these choices into long-term, sustainable habits for increased energy and improved health.

How I can help

Health coaching is a partnership and conversation between you and me. You are in control and choose where you want to start and where you want to get to. I will support and help you along the journey, keeping you on track and reviewing how things are going.

Together we will look at your individual situation and lifestyle to see what changes you want to make. We will tap into your strengths and what works for you to come up with an individual action plan. Through goal setting we will set short term objectives throughout to help get you to your overall outcome.

Start with a free 30 minute discovery call to introduce the process, answer any questions you may have and see if health coaching is the right fit for you at this time

Choose the package that best fit your needs – one off, 6 or 12 sessions

Book your first session – each personalised coaching session* is up to 60 minutes, delivered online via zoom with a health intake questionnaire to be completed before the first coaching session
